A yoga class for everyone

With over a decade of yoga teaching experience, Michelle offers a class for everyone. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been at it for a number of years. Whether you are young or old. Whether you are flexible or not. Yoga is for everyone, and Michelle has a class for you.

Michelle holds certifications from the Living Yoga Program in Austin, Texas as well as Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Accessible Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, Kids Yoga, and Daring to Rest Yoga Nidra.


Please note: We are offering both in-person and virtual yoga classes! Which means, you can participate from anywhere! You still get the interaction, care and attention of a live yoga class, all from the comfort and safety of your home.

IN-PERSON CLASSES
Registration is by session. For example, an 10-week summer session meeting every Tuesday. Drop-ins are available on occasion if space allows.

Morning Class - 10AM-11:15AM (Gentle/Chair Yoga for Stress Relief) Evening Class - 5:15PM-6:30PM

VIRTUAL CLASSES
Virtual classes are held every Thursday via Zoom, and then recordings are sent out for those watching the replay who aren’t able to attend live.

Morning Session: 9AM-10AM (Gentle/Chair Yoga for Stress Relief) Evening Session: 5:15PM-6:30PM

Membership Subscription is $30/month for virtual classes. Ongoing memberships are automatically charged to your credit card each time they renew, until you contact us to stop the membership. (Please give us at least two weeks notice). Our memberships are set up to help you establish a consistent wellness practice in your life. We are here to support you in feeling your absolute best - inside and out!
