6-week Spring Series!
Welcome spring with a clear mind, strong body and open heart. Each class includes body- and breath-based yoga practices to bring your body back to it's natural state of ease and joy!
This session is open to all--no yoga experience required.
Our classes will be held on Zoom. It's a free app you can download for computer or phone (for yoga you might want a larger screen so viewing on computer/tablet might be easier to view on than phone). If you are currently enrolled in a series, or have a class pass, you can attend any regular class via Zoom.

(If you typically participate in the Monday Yoga at the Winery, we plan to shift back to in-person, once it's safe to do so.)
