When “wake me when it’s over” isn’t a viable option and the ease of neglecting physical movement is all too tempting, joining Hike & Hibernate for support is a great way to meet your needs for both rest and activity. Exploring the synergy of rest and activity during these colder months, Hike & Hibernate is a Radiant Wellness Winter Challenge focused on the benefits of balance in working through winter. Each week, participants will have the opportunity for an outdoor experience (that’s the hike part), as well as deeply restorative movement, somatic, and meditative practices (that’s the hibernate part).
This program is completely online, which means you can participate from anywhere!
