Our Yoga Book Studies are experiential in nature! We'll spend 8 weeks diving into a book of mindfulness and self-compassion practices, "Good Morning, I Love You," by Shauna Shapiro. This is not your ordinary book club--we'll read the book over the course of 8 weeks, AND we'll put many of the themes and concepts into practice in class and our everyday lives!
Think of this as an immersion into mindful self-compassion practices that literally rewire your brain for clam, clarity and joy (the book's subtitle). :) As a leading researcher in mindfulness and compassion, Dr. Shapiro brings the brain science to life in a way that is both compelling and actionable!
Class includes 8 weeks of the group, a private Facebook community to share resources, practices and inspiration, and handouts. (You will need to purchase your own copy of the book separately.)
Cost: is $96 total, or 2 payments of $48.
