Mindfulness: Middle of the week, middle of the day. This noon-time practice is just what you need to re-center yourself amidst any chaos in your world! Each class will include mindful movement and a mindful meditation practice, all with the goal of returning you to a calm, peaceful center. No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
Regular class passes apply.
Our classes will be held on Zoom. It's a free app you can download for computer or phone (for yoga you might want a larger screen so viewing on computer/tablet might be easier to view on than phone). If you are currently enrolled in a series, or have a class pass, you can attend any regular class via Zoom.
